I came to Palm Clinic with pigmentation issues – hoping to be able to get laser treatment but knowing that some types of pigmentation can get worse with laser, so I was wary as a first time client that they would try to just offer me laser as an easy option without any further analysis of the skin. But this couldn’t have been further from the truth. Kim knew what she was talking about – lasers would have made my skin worse (melasma) – and she has set up a very achievable plan to try and manage it. She was very-kind and knowledgable.
