Interviewing customers revealed a consistent theme: the thoroughness of the company’s inspection process. People appreciated how they looked at the foundation type, specific issues, and even soil conditions.
In addition, every client gets a personalised repair plan. It’s complete with a scaled CAD drawing and a detailed report of findings.
Many also praised the crew for being professional and knowledgeable. We felt that too when we talked to them—they were super friendly!
On another note, the resin injection technique they use seems to work wonders. Homeowners mentioned it really reinforced their homes and provided a long-lasting fix.
That said, a few customers did point out that the project timelines were a bit longer than they expected.

Right from the start, their customer service impressed us. The team had a way of making us feel relaxed.
They answered all our questions and even threw in some handy tips for foundation maintenance.
When it came to inspections, people we interviewed noted that the crew showed up quickly and on time. Another thing many really appreciate is how respectful the workers are about their properties.
They keep everything tidy while they work, which is always nice to see. Plus, many customers mentioned that the crew checked in regularly throughout the process.
On the flip side, a couple of people said that scheduling a repair visit could get a bit tricky at times.

If you’re dealing with a sinking foundation, you’ll be glad to know they have a quick response time. Several people mentioned a staff member was out to assess the situation within a day.
Plus, the installation process is smooth and efficient. People couldn’t stop talking about how fast they laid their foundation, and it was done without cutting corners.
Of course, a few people did point out that the initial pricing can be a bit on the higher side. But honestly, you get what you pay for.

Many who’ve used them to fix wall cracks found the team super reassuring and patient. We got a taste of this when we spoke with them over the phone; they answered all our questions without rushing us.
People also loved how thorough they were during Zipp-level surveys. The way their team explains the underlying issues makes it easy for homeowners to grasp what’s going on.
Plus, many appreciated how they walked them through the repair process. Others commented on the crew’s excellent attention to detail and that they cleaned up well after each day’s work.
