Azabu is the perfect place if you’re looking for a restaurant that has a relaxing beach view. It’s known for its cleverly devised contemporary Japanese cuisine with a Peruvian influence that’s located in Mission Bay.
While the portions might be on the petite side, every bite packs a punch that’ll have you swooning with delight.
For starters, you absolutely can’t go wrong with their Miso Soup. It’s like a warm hug for your soul, with silky tofu, fragrant Wakame seaweed, and a pop of freshness from the spring onions.
One spoonful, and you’ll be hooked!
And when it comes to mains, the Omakase Sashimi is where it’s at. Here, you can choose either 3 assorted flavors for 9 pieces or 6 assorted flavors for 18 pieces.
It’s a chef’s selection of the freshest market fish, delicately sliced, and served with a side of pure bliss.

It’s a popular Pacific Chinese restaurant that’s also known for its impressive cocktail creations and carefully curated selection of rums.
Here, every Sunday is considered “Duck Sunday.” The Peking duck is roasted to perfection, with crispy skin that practically shatters under your fork and tender, juicy meat that melts in your mouth.
And the accompaniments? Chilies, native spinach, and Sichuan peppercorns.
But if you’re not a duck fan (although I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t be), fear not – there’s plenty more to choose from. One of the crowd’s favorites is their Steamed Bun with Roasted Pork Belly and Pickled Cucumber.
It’s like a flavor bomb wrapped up in a pillowy soft bun, and it’s downright addictive. Pair it with one of their tiki-styled cocktails, and you’ve got yourself a match made in heaven.

Now, brace yourself because Xoong knows how to knock your socks off with one of their best-selling dishes, the Gua Bao. A substantial treat featuring lightly crumbed Wagyu beef, nestled in a fluffy bun with a punch of Korean-style kimchi.
It’s perfect for sharing, but honestly, you might not want to once you taste it.
