They service a wide range of TV models, including popular brands like Samsung and LG. The scope of their expertise is also solid. They deal with issues like screen replacements, Smart TV software issues, and backlight failures.
The competitive pricing is also a win, with diagnostic fees starting at $39 (fee is deducted from the total repair cost).
But the one that really impressed me is the fact that they offer insurance-compliance reports for TVs and other electronics. This is ideal for TVs that have suffered damage through accidents or power surges (generally accepted by most NZ insurers).
