In our dealings with Josh, we noted that he was prompt and courteous throughout the entire repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a faulty capacitor), explained the repair process clearly, and got it done so fast we were amazed.
The not-so-great part? Another person who used them said the repair site got a bit messy. While they did lay down drop cloths, the customer said there was still some dust and debris left behind. A little more post-repair cleanup would have been better.

The reps were great in the call, talking in a clear and jargon-free way that will put non-technical homeowners at ease. Scheduling an appointment was also a breeze.
They even offered a flexible window to accommodate our busy schedule. Their technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain the issue to us.
Our repair went well, as did those of nearly every one of their customers we talked to. However, one of them did tell us that he got a minor hiccup with his case.
The funny thing is that this ended up winning them points with us instead of knocking them down. You see, he said that all he had to do was make a call to HCS and they promptly sent a technician to fix it free of charge.
