Their website was clean and professional, and showcased their services. However, navigating it felt a bit clunky. It could honestly benefit from a refresh to make finding specific information, like pricing quicker and easier.
Thankfully, though, the customer service experience was a breath of fresh air. One quick call and you’re connected with a friendly rep. They even offered a same-day appointment (though this does depend on the availability of their service technician, Josh).
In our dealings with Josh, we noted that he was prompt and courteous throughout the entire repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a faulty capacitor), explained the repair process clearly, and got it done so fast we were amazed.
The not-so-great part? Another person who used them said the repair site got a bit messy. While they did lay down drop cloths, the customer said there was still some dust and debris left behind. A little more post-repair cleanup would have been better.

As far as appointments go, the appointment scheduling was smooth, and the technician arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional, quickly identifying the source of the issue—yep, that clogged filter—and cleaning it efficiently. Our busted test AC whirred back to life in no time!

However, the positive side was that their information was clear and concise. We quickly saw that they offer a free and no-obligation quote too.
The reps were great in the call, talking in a clear and jargon-free way that will put non-technical homeowners at ease. Scheduling an appointment was also a breeze.
They even offered a flexible window to accommodate our busy schedule. Their technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain the issue to us.
Our repair went well, as did those of nearly every one of their customers we talked to. However, one of them did tell us that he got a minor hiccup with his case.
The funny thing is that this ended up winning them points with us instead of knocking them down. You see, he said that all he had to do was make a call to HCS and they promptly sent a technician to fix it free of charge.

Besides this, they have wonderful customer service reps. Our initial phone call to ACG was great. The rep we spoke with knew their stuff and quickly scheduled a service call.
Bonus points for their clear communication: they outlined the estimated service window and potential costs upfront.
As far as their technicians are concerned, they were professional and courteous. They explained the issue clearly and offered different repair options without being pushy. They’ll give an honest assessment and are willing to work within your budget.
