We also really love how well-equipped they are when they arrive at the scene. They come with diggers, big wood chippers, and stump grinders. This allows them to get the job done quickly and with minimal disruption to your property.
One customer was especially impressed by their technical skill. He described how Tree Tops safely removed a huge tree wedged between two fences without causing any damage, thanks to their use of a Hiab crane.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind, though. If you have overhead power lines near your trees, you’ll need to arrange with the power company to have them removed before Tree Tops can start work. Their services don’t cover that part.
Also, some people found their 20% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 24 hours a bit inconvenient.
