We loved how easy it was to get a quote online. All we had to do was fill out the form and we had a response the next business day.
But what really sets Russ apart for us is that he comes out in person to check out the job before sending his team. We like his down-to-earth approach and the way he takes the time to explain things clearly, even giving landscaping tips.
Furthermore, Russ doesn’t waste time in getting the job done. He uses different types of chainsaws (from 10-inch to 30-inch bars) and a 12-inch chipper for safe and efficient removals.
One customer told us about a huge, leaning tree they had removed. Russ tackled it using a winch, expertly securing the tree during removal. Afterward, they couldn’t stop raving about how thorough the cleanup was, leaving their yard looking spotless.

One homeowner told us Auckland Tree Services used a crane to remove a tree without damaging their pool. So, they’re clearly good at working around delicate situations.
Moreover, we appreciate that they can adapt their approach to each job, finding the best way to get it done.
They use traditional techniques like felling (cutting down a tree in a controlled way), dismantling (breaking down a tree into smaller pieces), and technical rigging (using ropes and pulleys to control the tree’s descent).
Now, while Auckland Tree Services is usually very reliable, a few customers mentioned that their response time for quotes can be a bit slow. It might take a few days to get a response.

Plus, they have all the right tools for the job. They can expertly operate cranes, hiab trucks, and an elevated platform.
We also love that they always clean up afterward. They’ll even take the mulch away or leave it there, whatever you want.
