If you have a Rheem hot water cylinder, these are the people you want to call. They are accredited agents for the brand, meaning they know the hardware inside and out.
They also have a large fleet, so booking a slot is usually easier than with one-man bands.
I found their after-hours service particularly useful for working professionals who can’t be home at midday.
The main downside is their service boundary. They strictly stick to the wider Auckland area, so if you are on the rural outskirts, they might not be able to reach you.

They’re based on the North Shore but are happy to travel across most of Auckland, not just their own backyard.
However, their standard operating hours are strictly Monday to Friday. While they do offer emergency help, getting regular maintenance done on a Saturday isn’t really an option with them.
