I mean, it’s not exactly a topic one brings up at the dinner table. But as we age, routine screenings, prostate checks, and addressing urinary or sexual health concerns become necessary.
And while I wasn’t particularly looking forward to the experience, I knew it was important.
At that point, I sought assistance from the rest of the Auckland Magazine team. As a result of our efforts, we compiled a list of the best urology clinics in Auckland.
How much does it cost to see a urologist in Auckland?
It costs at least 200 NZD to see a urologist in Auckland.
However, this is only an estimate. The actual cost will vary depending on the urology clinic you choose, and whether you have health insurance, among other factors.

We particularly value her emphasis on clear communication and customized treatment plans. These ensure the optimal outcomes for young patients facing complex urological issues.
As for the Auckland Urology Specialist team, we commend their provision of neuromodulation therapy. It’s a cutting-edge technique to manage bladder dysfunction.
However, as a private clinic, the fees are understandably higher than those of public healthcare options.
