    From speaking with some of their property managers, we’ve found their team professional and genuinely caring towards both landlords and tenants. They take a proactive approach to maintenance, addressing issues before they get out of hand.

    But what many really like is their online portal, which we’ve been told is very user-friendly. Property owners can easily track rent payments, view inspection reports, and access all the information they need in one place.

    The only downside some have experienced is that their team can be a bit busy at times, leading to occasional delays in response.

    From what we’ve noted, their communication is generally responsive. Most praise their timely updates and willingness to organise property repairs at no extra cost.

    However, there are sometimes issues with tenant screening. A few landlords have had experiences with tenants who caused damage to their property. That’s why we’re hoping they could be more thorough in their screening process.
