The 5 Best Professional Organisers in Auckland That’ll Tame Your Wildest Wardrobes

best-professional-organizer-auckland
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

  • Consultation Process: We checked if the business offers an initial discussion before booking a large project. A clear planning phase helps your specific lifestyle needs shape the final storage design.

  • Pricing Transparency: We noted which agencies provide clear package rates and explain their estimates. You deserve to know the minimum session costs upfront to plan your budget properly.

  • Service Variety: We evaluated the range of tasks each professional handles during a visit, including physical decluttering, storage planning and donation arrangements where available.

  • Maintenance Options: We looked for companies that provide ongoing support after the main project ends. Follow-up visits help you maintain your newly structured spaces and prevent future messes.

  • Custom Systems: We prioritised organisers who build setups tailored to a household’s exact routine. Generic storage bins rarely solve the underlying habits that cause clutter in the first place.

Are you always tripping over shoes or just tired of a cluttered living room? If so, getting the right help can make a big difference, especially when you’re busy or dealing with big life changes.

Maybe you’re planning a move soon, need to find a skilled painter, or are looking for outfits to bring to a local tailor; no matter what’s on your plate, having less chaos at home is a huge relief.

In this guide, we’ll look at the best professional organisers in Auckland who can help you reclaim your space and peace of mind. Keep reading to meet our top picks!

Worked miracles

I highly recommend Paula’s service! She’s very efficient and methodical, and she’s kind and nonjudgmental too. The pre-clean consult was very helpful, as we were able to buy some of the storage and organisation stuff that was needed before we started. z

I’d been needing to rearrange bedrooms, declutter, and figure out a way to organise our family’s clothes and my children’s toys. I was super overwhelmed and just couldn’t seem to get it done, so I called in Paula for a two day session and she worked miracles. We’re super happy with the new arrangement…

Truly transforms spaces

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing! Paula is incredible at what she does. She doesn’t just tidy up, she truly transforms spaces. Every drawer, every shelf, every corner is thoughtfully arranged in a way that makes it easy to keep things organized long after she’s gone. Her work has made our daily routine so much smoother. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for not just a clean space, but a smarter, more functional one. She’s the best!

Useful tips and tricks to keep my space tidy

I highly recommend Ady for her organising services. She helped declutter and organise my bedroom and music studio and they have been transformed! I get too overwhelmed decluttering by myself but doing it with Ady was really easy and she taught me really useful tips and tricks to keep my space tidy. My music studio has been super amazing since, and all my students and their parents were all very wowed when they came in to my studio. Thank you Ady!

Fantastic service. Organised my whole house room by room after a move. Life changing. Ady is super efficient, very friendly and great at communication. Whole process was very smooth, more cost effective than my hairdresser and the results last much longer!

Practical tips and strategies

I did a DIY decluttering course with Rebekah to help me create a more functional office. Rebekah talks to you about your goals and gives you the most practical tips and strategies. She is really fun to work with, keeps you accountable and knows her stuff. I’m really happy with my refreshed office space and it’s allowing me to be heaps more productive. Thank you for helping me with my mindset and looking at the reasons why I buy stuff and how I can be more intentional about stationery and journals…

A thorough recommendations plan

I booked the Clutter Busting Coaching Call for Linen Closet which was a mess! It needed organising, solutions for multi-use closet and some advice. Rebekah, walked me through it all, sent a thorough recommendations plan for me with a suggested shopping list!! Thank you so much – I would highly recommend the Ship Shape Shoppe – very professional.

For smaller spaces, she offers a three-hour introductory package, which can work well for areas like pantries. Meanwhile, for bigger jobs, longer sessions are available too.

One client we spoke with booked her for a six-hour session to tackle a badly cluttered garage. They told us they loved how she organised the space and later booked a follow-up maintenance visit a few months on.

Inventive approach

… We couldn’t have asked for a more sensitive, caring, and inventive approach than what Liz brought to the challenge. Mom (understandably) was agitated about the whole thing, and Liz made her comfortable, while coming up with creative ways to fit her lifetime of “stuff” into a much more compact location.

I’m not sure how I would have been able to do all the things Liz did for us, and with such gentle kindness. Her fees were incredibly reasonable, and I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Great at her craft

Liz is amazing! I wish I discovered her years ago… she’s so great at her craft and has helped me to breathe new life into my home, which is now a joy to navigate, not the chaos it used to be! Highly recommend Liz for a small space in need of attention or your entire home. Thanks Liz 🌟🙏🏼😊

Sensitive, non-judgmental approach

Melissa and her team had the most sensitive, non judgemental approach to clearing out my late father’s house. They have heaps of contacts with local charities that took my dad’s stuff – meaning my dad made a huge donation to all these charities which is great. I was able to go to work knowing I could fully trust Less Is More with my dad’s stuff and family items. I’m so glad I chose this service – anyone who needs something similar – I highly recommend Less Is More.

Calm and ordered home

Caring, energetic, intuitive and persistent describes my experience with Less is More. Rachel and Mel guided us through a huge downsizing and decluttering process after we had moved house and were struggling with a much smaller space, no spare time and a spiralling sense of disorder. We are grateful to now be living in a calm and ordered home. I love the systems you have introduced into the pantry!
