Many of Rick’s clients we spoke to went on and on about him having this sixth sense for sniffing out what’s hot and what’s not. Plus, unlike some agents who seem to fall off the planet the moment you’ve signed a contract, Rick is always on the ball.
Late-night worry about your listing? Rick’s your guy, answering texts and calls way past bedtime.
We’ve also noted that Rick’s a go-to for many who need a home inspector, mortgage broker, or basically any real estate service. His network is vast, and he’s all about hooking his clients up with the best.
