They have a variety of treatments they use here. Besides the classic spot vacuuming, they use safe heat, encasement, and traps. I also noted that they use chemicals, but as a last resort.
They even gave me some tips on how to keep the little critters away. Among the customers I spoke to, Aces’ professional approach truly stood out.
Some clients shared with me that they liked how Aces’ team was punctual, and thanks to their encasement treatment, they haven’t seen a single bed bug since.

From my conversations with their clients, several praised their quick response time. Others told me they provided a free quote and were at their houses the very next day.
Speaking with them myself on the phone, I liked their environmentally friendly treatment options. BTW, they also do commercial bed bug extermination (hotels, etc.) with a four-month warranty.
On the downside, a few pointed out that while the service was quick, they wish they had spent more time explaining the process.

But I wasn’t the only one who felt the sincerity in their attitude. A few of their long-time clients told me that PCS has been their go-to for any pest issues for this exact reason.
Aside from that, their bed bug treatment was especially thorough and effective. Others stated that the minimal disruption to their home was a huge plus for them too. And their team worked around their available times!

A few of their customers remarked that their thorough inspection caught bed bugs they never would have known were there.
Others raved about their customised treatment plan to follow up bimonthly. And I noted, after speaking with one of their reps, that their service extends to commercial properties.
Still, they won’t start any of the bed bug treatment if you don’t do the prep work. You’ll have to vacuum your bed yourself before they show up, and have small items removed from the bedroom.
Still, despite the positives, some clients felt there was room for improvement. A few mentioned that the initial assessment was great, but the actual treatment took longer than anticipated.
And some thought their treatments could benefit from being more eco-friendly.
