“I just had Matt come to my home to check out an issue with my heat pump dryer. He text me to advise he was on his way and his eta which was great. During his initial assessment he asked a few questions about the error we were getting from it, gave me a run through of possible causes, and I left him to it. Pretty quickly he advised me what the issue was and what needs to happen to fix it. He also outlined possible cost and time frame for repair.
