Highly responsive team and quick installation
Great service, from initial contact, to quoting and booking, Mark has been very responsive and even checked with Autex directly with our query. Our installers were sick on the day and Mark immediately shifted the schedule to ensure our ceiling insulation is still installed right next day. Remarkable difference in warmth and quiet
Cam came and assessed and recommended insulating the walls. There was NOTHING between the weatherboard and the gib! At the time I was not confident this would help but my gosh, the difference it has made is remarkable. The guys who did the job were friendly and informative and seeing with the infrared camera, the walls filled with Insulmax, made me think of a blanket wrapped around the house. I also had them top up the ceiling.
There is such a difference. The hall no longer feels chilly and the bedrooms retain the warmth much more efficiently.

Thorough cleaning and reinstallation of batts
I have a 20 year old, 210m2 house. The ceiling batts were dirty. They had been tossed about by contractors, & there were rat droppings in places. Alex & his team removed all the old batts via the manhole. They vacuumed the entire ceiling clean. Finally, they reinstalled new glasswool segment batts. They did an excellent job & left the property clean & tidy. I would use Alex (Kaiser Insulation) again, and highly recommend them.
