In terms of their commercial carpet cleaning, it’s sometimes tricky to reach them on the phone for a quote. There’s not always an immediate answer, despite their claim to be open 24 hours a day. When it comes to their residential carpet cleanings, though, their website is a booking lifesaver.
Their technicians are also trained in professional carpet cleaning, which you see in their work. They don’t just spray soap and water on your carpet and call it a day. They use steam and non-toxic dirt-removal spray (always preferable if you have children or pets).
And while they do use an acid wash, it doesn’t make the house smell like chemicals at all. Another big plus when working with them!

“Louie was brilliant. Incredibly professional and installed total confidence in the process to me. I showed him a large spill on the carpet rug and section of stairs that needed cleaning. He even found a couple of small stains I hadn’t noticed.
Very punctual, early in fact. Very polite and respectful with his equipment as he laid it out through the downstairs. No damage at all. He explained the process then got the job done with amazing results. Large stain is gone in the middle of the carpet from a spillage. All the small stains are gone and the carpet looks new. He deodorised then cleaned up leaving no mess at all. Highly recommend your company. Great price too!

Auckland Steam ‘n’ Dry Carpet Cleaning—we heard good things about them through the grapevine, so we knew we had to try them out.
It’s worth noting that they’ve been around since 1987. Thankfully, they haven’t stayed stuck in the 80s. They have a user-friendly website where you can request a free quote, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful over the phone.
While they didn’t have much availability that could fit with our schedule, we did like how they were upfront about pricing (which was competitive). They even offered a discount for first-time customers (score!).
On the day of the cleaning, the technicians arrived right on time. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the cleaning process.
Their truck-mounted cleaning system, apparently, uses super powerful suction to remove a whopping 95% of the moisture! We think this is perfect if you don’t want your floors to soak for hours.
With the actual cleaning process, the technicians were meticulous, moving furniture with care. They even pre-treated some stubborn stains for us! And the results were nothing short of amazing. Definitely another one easy to recommend.

Due to how widespread Cheers Cleaning services are, they aren’t always readily available for emergency carpet cleanings, though. Otherwise, book away – their website is user-friendly and pleasant to look at too!
We like their online quote calculator a lot, in particular. Of course, you can always pick up your phone and dial them up to find out a quote instead. We found their customer service nice and down-to-earth.
As for the actual carpet cleaning, they prioritise eco-friendly solutions. This is a major plus for health-conscious individuals, parents, and pet owners. They often use hot water extraction, a method known for its thoroughness, and we weren’t disappointed with it in our test.
