But Bivacco’s real specialty is the Wood-Roasted Hawke’s Bay Lamb Rump. They source this beauty from the lush pastures of Hawke’s Bay, marinate it in a secret blend of herbs and spices, and then slow-roast it in a wood-fired oven.

The result? Tender, flavorful, and downright addictive. It’s like a party in your mouth, and everyone’s invited!

This list can’t be complete without Spiga Italian Restaurant. When it comes to pasta, you can go for Ravioli di Cacio e Pepe, which features pecorino cheese and pepper with a twist of lemon zest that just elevates it to another level.

But that’s not all. Their pizzas are a force to be reckoned with.

Take the Estiva, for example: wagyu beef tartare, buffalo mozzarella, shaved parmesan, and rocket, all harmoniously coming together on a perfectly crispy crust.
