The Team at Junk Run were really good to work with. Great phone and email communication. Easy to read website with good details. The 2 guys that came to us were on time and they were flexible enough to do three loads even though we had only booked one. Nothing was a problem and they got stuck in even though it was a bit dirty with heavy items (abandoned storage unit). It’s so great that they can divert lots from landfill. Very easy to use. I would highly recommend as they get the job done fast! It would’ve taken us a couple of skips and weeks/ months to do it ourselves so thank you Junk Run for turning a mountain into a molehill. People really love their customer service. Many people like that Easy Skip’s team places their bins in the most convenient spots for them, even if that means dealing with tight driveways or small yards.
